Ceazar Ryan C. Aquino (CRA) is a Junior Counsel of the Litigation and Arbitration Group.
He assists in litigation involving election, criminal and commercial laws. He also assists PPP teams and proponents in urban planning and development, drawing from his technical background as a Master’s Degree Holder in Urban Planning from the University of the Philippines.
CRA also brings to project development his exposure to public service in both local and national government levels. He served as Chief Political Affairs Officer in the House of Representatives. He also served as the Chief of Staff of the Secretary of Interior and Local Government.
From 2008 to 2010, CRA worked as a program
officer in the Philippine League of Cities, where he managed and implemented
projects for international organizations, such as the United Nations, Japan
International Cooperation Agency, and World Bank. These projects were
implemented across several local governments in the Philippines.
He is an Associate Editor of the IBP Journal.
CRA holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (2008) and a postgraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning (2011) from the University of the Philippines. He received his bachelor of laws from the San Beda University in 2017. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
