Allan Carlo H. Soller (AHS) is a Junior Counsel of the Corporate, Tax, Construction, and Special Projects Group.
He provides assistance to project teams and proponents on compliance with Philippine competition law and project financials.
Before joining Libra Law, AHS served as legal consultant at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He provided advisory services to the International Finance Group of the Department of Finance, working on ADB projects such as loans to fund programs for youth school-to-work transition and encouraging investment through capital market reforms. He also worked with the World Bank on projects involving electric cooperatives as well as agricultural competitiveness.
AHS obtained his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo De Manila University, where he also obtained his Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science and minor in Literature.
While in law school, AHS and his team represented the Philippines in the World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in South Africa and received both the Best Team Award and the Best Memorial Award. He also joined run-offs for Jessup Moot Court Competition Nationals, Asia Cup Tokyo, Jean-Pictet Competition, and the Red Cross Moot Court Competition.AHS was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
